This fine necklace opal .
The Art Nouveau
Vertically set above and below the central diamond, are two 0.03ct diamonds.
A total of fourteen 0.02ct, four 0.01ct Old European round cut diamonds and two 0.01ct Old Dutch cut diamonds are set to the scrolling wing-shaped frame to either side of the central diamond.
A further two 0.01ct Old European cut diamonds are suspended from the frame just above the articulated colet set pear cut, firey opal.
The frame is suspended via an 18ct white gold link chain from a colet set 0.15ct Old European round cut diamond and 18ct white gold link chain.
The chain is secured with a round ring clip style fastening.
This pendant has been tested and verified by an independent jeweller as 15ct yellow gold .
Condition
This necklace/pendant is fine quality, set with very good clear diamonds.
The opal displays good firey colour.
Under magnification a very minor chip to the upper right hand border of the opal is apparent (please see image). This is not apparent to the naked eye.
