Description

This unusual, impressive 1950's sapphire ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.

The unusual cupped frame displays a feature old round cut natural blue sapphire claw set in relief to the centre of the arrangement.

Eight smaller square step cut natural blue sapphires are individually displayed within the segmented design around the feature sapphire.

The distinctive frame is plain and unembellished to the underside.

The subtly elevated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain yellow gold ring shank hallmarked with the 18ct gold fineness mark (18ct).

This 1950's sapphire dress ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.

Condition

This unusual vintage ring is fine quality, set with natural blue sapphires.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a very clear 18ct hallmark.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of vintage jewellery/estate jewelry.
