This fine Chinese Export Silver christening mug has a tapering cylindrical form.

The christening mug is embellished with a planished surface and embossed bamboo style decoration.

The front of this antique mug features a circular vacant cartouche.

The mug is fitted with a C scroll handle with bamboo style decoration.

This fine CES mug retains the original gilt interior.

The hallmarks struck to the underside of this fine mug include:

This antique christening mug is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

The embossed decoration is very sharp.
