Whilst in operation the company was located in the Burlington Arcade in Piccadilly, terminating their company at 64 Burlington Arcade, London.

Their attention to detail and artistic influence created a reputation for the company and their pieces became highly sought after. Over the years, they had a diverse range of customers, including the prominent figures such as Indian Maharajahs and Winston Churchill.
