Description


This rare George III English sterling silver sauceboat has an oval form with a shaped rim.


This provincial made silver sauceboat is fitted with a shaped C scroll handle.


It is supported by three hoof feet.


This antique sauceboat was made by the collectable Newcastle silversmith James Crawford.


Condition


This Georgian sauceboat is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside fo the sauceboat are extremely clear.


Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this example of Newcastle silverware.
