Packaging and After Sales
Upon the completion of a purchase we ensure the whole AC Silver buying experience is a very pleasant one. Gift packaging pieces in high quality jewellery boxes and with the additional touch of a silk foulard enveloped around a box completes the presentation of that special purchase. Additionally, items are placed in a bespoke bag and tied with presentation ribbon. Customer feedback has been very positive; Andrew has been very pleased to receive many emails of thanks.

Packaging Jewellery
Jewellery boxes are offered in black or brown, while silk foulards are supplied in anthracite and red. Upon availability we would be very happy to wrap your purchase in a colour combination of your choice.
Items of jewellery are shipped in oversized brown cardboard cartons, ensuring that element of surprise!
Packaging Silverware
Upon request we are able to gift package smaller items of silver. We present in silver boxes gift tied with bespoke AC Silver ribbon.
Items of purchased silver are supplied with a tin of "Silvo” polish, silver cleaning cloth and storage bag; the bags are excellent for safe keeping and significantly reduce tarnishing.
Smaller collectable pieces of silver can be wrapped and presented in a silk foulard.
Shipped items of silver are carefully bubble wrapped; this can prevent our ability to gift package.
All items of jewellery and silver purchased are supplied with a complimentary insurance/appraisal valuation. This document can be prepared in a name and address to meet personal requirements.
