Description


This fine and impressive pair of antique sterling silver gravy spoons has an old English pattern.


These spoons are plain and unembellished.


The reverse of the bowl features a rounded heel.


This impressive pair of George III basting spoons was made in Newcastle by the renowned silversmith John Langlands I.


Condition


These antique spoons are a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of the handle of each spoon are very clear apart from the date letter, which is sometimes the case when it is not struck firmly enough.
