Description


This fine antique Royal Artillery brooch has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold.


The pierced decorated frame reflects the Royal Artillery* cap badge.


This iconic regimental brooch is ornamented with twenty-two Dutch cut diamonds platinum set to the carriage wheel.


The gun is surmounted with the red enamelled King's Crown, and stands on green enamelled grass.


The Royal Artillery motto 'Ubique - Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt' - ('Everywhere - Where Right and Glory Lead') is displayed on blue enamel decorated scrolling banners.


This fine example of enamelled jewellery secures to the reverse with a 9 ct yellow gold hinged pin.


The Royal Artillery brooch is fitted to the contemporary green leatherette case, which bears the retailer's mark JJ Grant, Fowler Street, South Shields to the interior.


The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.


This antique brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 ct yellow gold.


NOTE* The gun depicted on the cap badge is based on a 9 pounder Rifled Muzzle Loader circa 1871.


Condition


This impressive sweetheart brooch is fine quality, set with very high colour graded old cut diamonds.

This antique brooch is a fine gauge of gold and platinum and is in excellent condition.
