Description


This antique regimental brooch has been crafted in 15 ct yellow gold.


The Durham Light Infantry* insignia (DLI initials and horn) is ornamented with thirty old round cut diamonds.


The associated crown is crafted in 15 ct yellow gold, embellished with red enamel.


This fine Victorian diamond brooch is fitted with a hinged pin and clasp.


This antique brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.


This brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 ct gold.


*Note:The original Regiment was formed in 1756 as the 2nd Battalion of the 23rd Regiment of Foot, becoming the Durham Light Infantry in 1881.


Condition


This sweetheart brooch is fine quality, set with old cut diamonds.

The brooch is in excellent condition.
