Description

This impressive authentic cocktail watch by Juvenia* has been crafted in platinum.

This ladies Art Deco style watch has a concealed watch face, giving it the appearance of an impressive diamond bracelet.

The watch is fitted with a hinged, diamond set rectangular cover, which when opened reveals the white watch face.

The face displays black Arabic hour numerals in addition to the maker's mark 'Juvenia' within a seconds marked chapter ring.

The watch bezel is embellished with sixteen, individually set, eight-cut diamonds, set to the same millegrain decorated design as the bracelet strap borders, which displays a total of one hundred and eight, eight-cut diamonds.

The hinged cover, upper and lower bezel borders and the central bracelet design are ornamented with a total of thirty-one Old European and transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, graduating in size, dependent on their position within the cover and strap.

These feature diamonds are displayed in individual octagonal designs.

The sides of the fully articulated bracelet links, watch case and cover are all ornamented with chased decorated scrolling motifs.

This exceptional cocktail watch secures to the reverse with shaped, subtly decorated clasp, and benefits from the additional security of a fine link safety chain.

The manual wind watch is fitted with a plain, unembellished crown/winder.

The watch is fitted with a Juvenia MFG, 15 jewel, Swiss movement.

The fine antique ladies watch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

*The 'Juvenia' watch company was created in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1860, by Jacques Didisheim . At the Swiss National Exhibition of 1914, Juvenia introduced the first, smallest single mechanical watch movement in the world. Juvenia is now recognised for its extraordinary, avant-garde, case designs, unusual time indications and architectural inspiration.
