This fine claret jug has an acid etched, cyclamen flower design, glass body which has a faceted tapering form and a star cut base.
This claret jug has an impressive hallmarked German silver mount also has a cyclamen flower design in the Art Nouveau style.
The claret jug is fitted with a domed silver cover, embellished with a cyclamen leaf design including a cyclamen leaf finial.
The interior of the cover is silver gilt.
The claret jug is also fitted with a shaped silver handle.

The glass, apart from a small surface chip is in perfect condition.
The silver mount is a very good gauge of silver.
Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the mount are very clear.
