This fine antique George III Newcastle sterling silver coffee pot has a plain baluster form onto a circular spreading pedestal foot.

The surface of this piece is plain and unembellished.

This Georgian piece retains the original hallmarked domed hinged cover accented with a bead decorated rim and surmounted with an impressive sterling silver acorn style finial.

The coffee pot has a shaped black fibre handle with a sterling silver stylised leaf decorated upper socket and an applied diamond shaped lower terminal.

The pedestal foot and cover are encircled with bead decorated borders.

This Newcastle made antique coffee pot has an impressive swan necked spout ornamented with bands of graduating bead decoration and a shaped socket.

Date: 1784


This antique coffee pot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

This fine Georgian piece has some surface blemishes as expected in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside and part hallmarks to the cover are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique Georgian silverware.
