Description


These fine antique Victorian sterling silver goblets have a plain bell shaped form supported by a tapering plain cylindrical pedestal to a circular domed spreading base.


The surface of each antique goblet is plain and unembellished, apart from the feature hallmarks.


Each goblet retains the original gilt interior.


The underside of each goblet is engraved with the maker’s name and registration number.


These fine examples of antique silverware were crafted by the renowned London silversmiths John Hunt & Robert Roskell.


Date: 1881

Condition


This pair of antique goblets is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each goblet are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of antique silverware.
