Each pick is fitted with a carved ivory handle at one end with a two pronged pick at the other.

All six picks are identical with matching hallmarks.

The lobster picks are fitted to the original hinged leatherette and satin lined box.

The interior lining of the box features the maker's stamp of 'Mappin & Webb Ltd, 2 Victoria Street, London'.

Condition

This antique set of lobster picks is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

Some of the lobster picks have a slight discolouration to the handles as would be expected.

Each of the lobster picks have been professionally polished and are in presentation condition.

The box is also in excellent condition in keeping with age, however the interior does show some sign wear.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each pick are very clear.

Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this item.
