Description


This fine antique Victorian sterling silver George I style coffee pot has a plain octagonal tapering panelled form to a stepped collet style foot.


The surface of the coffee pot is plain and unembellished.


This Victorian piece is fitted with a hallmarked domed panelled hinged cover surmounted by an impressive sterling silver urn style finial.


The coffee pot has a carved wood handle with a scrolling thumbpiece and plain sterling silver sockets.


This antique coffee pot has an impressive swan necked spout with scrolling and stylised pendant drop ornamentation to the socket.


Date: 1899

Condition


This antique coffee pot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in exceptional condition.

The coffee pot has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the coffee pot and part hallmarks to the cover are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique Victorian silverware.
