Description


This impressive antique early Victorian coffee pot has a plain elongated melon shaped form onto four bracket style feet.


The bracket style feet are embellished with palmette, scroll and leaf decoration.


This fine coffee pot is fitted with a subtly domed hinged cover with a scalloped shaped rim.


The cover retains the impressive original hallmarked leaf and bud style finial.


This early Victorian coffee pot is fitted with an S scroll handle with a plain thumbpiece.


Date: 1838

Condition


This antique coffee pot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the base and part hallmarks struck to the cover and handle are very clear.
