This impressive Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has a cylindrical form onto a stepped base.

The sterling silver body of the mustard pot is embellished with saw-pierced diaper work decoration.

The upper rim of this antique piece of silverware is ornamented with a stepped border.

This fine mustard pot is fitted with a plain hallmarked hinged cover surmounted with a silver pierced decorated shaped thumbpiece.

This impressive piece of silverware has a shaped S scroll handle.

The mustard pot is fitted with a removable blue glass liner.

This Victorian mustard pot is supplied with an associated hallmarked English sterling silver mustard spoon.

Date: 1871


This antique mustard pot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the base and part hallmarks struck to the cover are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this item of Victorian silverware.
