Description


This Edwardian sterling silver presentation cup / bowl has a circular rounded form onto a domed circular spreading foot.


This impressive antique bowl has a thread decorated border to the rim and a thread decorated girdle to the lower portion of the body.


This Edwardian bowl is fitted with C scroll handles ornamented with tapering scroll decoration.


The well of this large bowl is deeper than normally seen in pieces of this type.


By virtue of its size, this versatile cup could be used as a champagne cup, a punch bowl or a fine presentation cup.


Date: 1909

Condition


This sterling silver bowl is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

This antique bowl has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the bowl are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of Edwardian silverware.
