Description


This fine antique George VI sterling silver presentation trophy has a plain circular rounded form onto a spreading cylindrical, rounded knopped pedestal and domed spreading foot with a collet style rim.


The surface of this impressive trophy is plain and unembellished.


This antique presentation trophy is fitted with fine and impressive, large plain angular handles in the iconic Art Deco style.


This trophy is fitted to an impressive circular ebonised painted wood plinth, encircled with a vacant silver inscription band; the band may be engraved with a personal inscription if so desired.


Date: 1939

Condition


This Art Deco presentation trophy is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

The trophy has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the trophy are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique silverware.
