Description


These fine antique Edwardian sterling silver salts have an oval form onto four Arts and Crafts style feet.


The sterling silver bodies of these impressive antique salts are embellished with Arts and Crafts style conjoined geometric quatrefoil motif pierced decoration.


These impressive salts are fitted with pillar supports onto solid rectangular feet.


Both antique salts are fitted with removable blue glass liners.


These highly collectable salts were crafted by the important London silversmiths Omar Ramsden & Alwyn Carr.


Date: 1908

Condition


These antique salts are a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

The decoration to each salt is very crisp.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of both pieces are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of Edwardian silverware.
