Description


This fine antique George V sterling silver teapot has a rectangular rounded plain form in the Art Deco style.


The upper surface of the teapot is embellished with subtle stepped decoration to the longer sides, at the junction with the body.


This fine teapot is fitted with the original hinged hallmarked oval cover which retains the original Art Deco style Bakelite finial.


This fine George V piece has a shaped stepped Bakelite handle in the iconic Art Deco style.


This antique teapot has an impressive plain flat sided swan necked spout ornamented with a shaped stepped design to the spout lip.


The teapot is supported on a stepped domed rectangular Art Deco style base.


Date: 1936

Condition


The antique teapot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

This fine example of silverware has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface and part hallmarks to the cover are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example antique teaware.
