Description


This fine antique George VI sterling silver tea tray has a plain rounded rectangular form with incurved corners.


The surface of the tray is plain and unembellished.


The raised border of this silver tea tray is ornamented with plain applied moulded decoration to the rim.


This fine example of antique silverware is fitted with a pair of shaped incurved sterling silver handles.


This tray is displayed with a four piece tea and coffee service for illustrative purposes only - the service (W8454) may be purchased separately from the AC Silver inventory.


Date: 1938

Condition


This antique tea tray is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

The tray has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the tray are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique silverware.
