Description


This fine antique turquoise brooch has been handcrafted in 18ct yellow gold in the form of an arrow.


The shaft of the arrow is set with ten cabochon turquoise alternating with ten pearls of similar size.


The yellow gold tail feathers of the arrow are embellished with realistic chased decoration defining the shafts and veins.


This substantial antique turquoise brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and shielded clasp.


This circa 1820's, Georgian brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.


Condition


This impressive arrow brooch is a very good gauge of gold, fine quality and in excellent condition.
