Description

These fine sterling silver bon bon dishes have an oval boat shaped form onto a circular pedestal foot.

Each Adams style dish is embellished with scroll and leaf pierced decoration.

The body of each dish is further ornamented with an embossed stylized leaf garland border accented with floral motifs.

The rim of each George V dish is embellished with an applied border of rose flowers and foliage.

Condition

These antique bon bon dishes are a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

The dishes have been professionally polished and are in presentation condition.

The embossed decoration is very sharp.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the dish are all very clear however the lower portion of the maker's mark is slightly rubbed but legible.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of George V silverware.
