Sterling Silver Cream Jug - Art Nouveau Style - Antique George V (1933)

This impressive George V antique sterling silver cream jug has a plain panelled helmet shaped form onto a knopped pedestal and spreading panelled foot.

The shaped rims of the body and foot of the jug are embellished with an applied scrolling borders, all in the Art Nouveau style.

This fine example of antique silverware is fitted with an impressive Art Nouveau style bifurcating narrow loop handle ornamented with scrolling sockets and thumbpiece.
