Description

The pieces of this George VI sterling silver condiment set have a plain cylindrical Art Deco style form onto a circular spreading foot.

The mustard pots have shaped hallmarked hinged covers in the Art Deco style.

The pepper pots have shaped hallmarked push fit covers in the Art Deco style.

The pepper pots are fitted with removable blue glass liners.

This antique condiment set is presented with original sterling silver mustard and salt spoons.

This fine George VI condiment set is fitted to the original hinged leatherette box which has a satin lined interior.

Condition

This George VI condiment set is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each piece and part hallmarks struck to the cover of the mustard and pepper pots are very clear, however hallmarks struck to the mustard pots and to one salt are slightly rubbed but legible.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of George VI silverware.
