Description
This impressive antique George V sterling silver sugar caster has a plain circular rounded form onto a circular pedestal foot.
This fine sugar caster is embellished with a thread decorated girdle and foot.
The sugar caster retains the hallmarked push fit cover, embellished with pierced decoration.
The cover is surmounted by an urn style finial.
This caster has a weighted base fitted with green baize to the underside.
Condition
This antique sugar caster is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.
This George V sugar caster has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.
Full hallmarks are struck to the surface of the caster and part hallmarks struck to the interior rim of the cover are very clear.
