Description

This fine Edwardian silver and enamel cigarette case has a plain rectangular form with rounded corners and a slightly bowed shape.

An enamel panel to the front cover depicts a lady or female artiste in 'floral' costume with a green 'leaf' dress with blue 'petal' sleeves and bonnet.

This cigarette case is fitted with a push fit catch which when released reveals the gilt interiors to the hinged compartments.

Condition

This fine case is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.

The enamel is in excellent and perfect condition apart from a slight blemish to the background to the right of the subject.

The case has been professionally polished.
