Description

This fine set of vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver hors d'oeuvres picks consists of twelve pieces.

Each pick is ornamented with a rectangular enamel panel depicting one of the twelve royal playing cards, Jack Queen and King, from each of the four suits found in an English pack of cards.

Each pick terminates at one end in two sterling silver prongs.

These vintage picks are fitted to their original hinged leatherette box with a satin and velvet lined interior.

The retailer's mark of 'Garrard & Co, goldsmiths and crown jewellers - by appointment to HM the Queen' is displayed to the interior of the presentation case.

Condition

These vintage hors d'oeuvres picks are a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.

The box is in excellent condition in keeping with age.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each pick are all very clear.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of these pieces of vintage silverware.
