A fine antique English sterling silver and glass rosewater flask and salver; part of our silverware collection

Description

The gourd shaped flask has a central band of etched roses to the glass.

The hallmarked silver mounts have pierced profusely engraved decoration.

The flask is onto a circular pedestal foot. The flask is fitted with the original fully hallmarked sterling silver urn shaped stopper which has chased decoration.

The matching circular salver has profusely engraved decoration to the surface with a central vacant cartouche. The salver has a swept border with an engraved decorated rim.

Condition

This flask and salver are a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent and perfect condition with very crisp decorationincluding the London import marks, to each piece are very clear.
