I purchased a silver salver from AC Silver via ebay. I had some initial problems paying for the item via PayPal and was reluctant to pay for it by cheque, so I sent an email voicing my concerns. I was sent a link to the ebay site so that I could see for myself the favourable comments received from people who had bought valuable items from AC Silver.
Right from the start I was given extremely helpful advice about other ways to purchase the item in question. The item purchased was being sent abroad and it was sent by Royal Mail International, at no extra charge, and was very well packaged. It arrived safely at my sister's address within six days of being posted.
I would recommend anyone considering buying any items from AC Silver to do so knowing they would be receiving excellent service.
The silver salver purchased matched exactly the description and photos provided, and it was of very good quality.

Mindy and I are very happy to have received your two tea/coffee sets safe and soundly.
The condition was perhaps much better than described and anticipated! Communication was superb, both email and by phone to execute these trnsactions.
Both items (7 pieces in total) were carefully wrapped and boxed obviously safe and soundly. Shipping costs were included and very reasonable.
We are very much satisfied with this transaction and will be repeat customers in the futre. Unfortunately, this most probably would include searching for two appropriate silver trays upon which these may rest!
Just to be complete, you should be aware that there was an unanticiapted 'brokerage fee' in the US of about $20.00 for which we were required to pay prior to ground delivery.
