Why Have Customer Reviews?

You have found that perfect luxury gift online; you want to buy it, but you have never heard of the retailer before! What do you do to ensure you are buying from a trustworthy source?

Importance of reviews for the customer

A recommended step to take is to look at customer reviews and feedback for a particular business, as reviews:

  • Assess the company’s trust worthiness
  • Allow business benefits and positive features to shine (and these comments are from other people, not the business owner)

If you are a reputable online business then customer reviews should be a top priority. At AC Silver we take trust and loyalty seriously and this is why we have adopted a new review system and incorporated this into our website.

Once you have purchased from AC Silver you will be prompted to leave a review. We have collaborated with the Trusted Shops review system to enable customers to leave independent feedback.
