0.39 ct Diamond and 18 ct Yellow Gold Heart Pendant - Vintage Circa 1980

This fine and impressive diamond heart pendant has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold with 18 ct white gold settings.

The pierced decorated, stylized heart shaped frame has a scrolling design.

The pendant is ornamented with twenty-five individually 18 ct white gold claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The pendant suspends from a 18 ct yellow gold 18" curb chain via a flared bifurcated ring loop to the upper border of the design, securing with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening.

The pendant is hallmarked to the reverse of the ring loop with the mark for 18 ct gold (18k).

The chain may be replaced with a chain of the same quality, in a style or length to meet your personal requirements.
