Description

These fine vintage 1980s emerald and diamond stud earrings have been crafted in platinum with 18 ct yellow gold central settings.

Each pierced decorated Art Deco style, rectangular, cut cornered frame displays a feature step cut natural emerald collet set in 18 ct yellow gold.

Each emerald is surrounded by twenty-six tapering baguette cut diamonds collet set to the geometric design.

These fine earrings secure to the reverse with a latch back and hallmarked post for pierced ears.

The emerald earrings are each hallmarked to the reverse with the 18 carat guarantee mark (750 and 18 K) and the platinum mark (plat 950).

This impressive pair of earrings is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
