0.42 ct Sapphire, 0.24 ct Diamond and Ivory, 18 ct Yellow Gold Dress Ring - Antique

Description

This exceptional sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.

The shaped, pierced decorated frame displays a feature 0.42ct oval mixed cut, natural blue sapphire collet set in relief to the centre of the lobed design.

The feature sapphire is encircled by twelve petal shaped segments hand carved in ivory.

The outer border of this impressive ring is embellished with sixteen Dutch cut diamonds graduating in size, pavé set to the millegrain decorated frame.

Four French cut, collet set sapphires accent the design at diagonal corners to the feature sapphire.

The shaped, flared bifurcating ring shoulders are ornamented with two old Dutch cut, claw set diamonds.

The 18ct yellow gold sides of each shoulder are embellished with a central row of bead style decoration.

This original antique sapphire dress ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

This exceptional 1900's ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.
