Description

This fine and impressive vintage sapphire cluster ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum settings.

The low profile pierced decorated mount displays a feature 0.55ct round mixed cut blue sapphire collet set in platinum to the centre of the cluster.

The sapphire is encircled by a scallop-edged platinum design which displays a combination of eleven Old European round cut and transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The subtly elevated tapering ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the shank hallmarked to the interior with the 18ct gold guarantee mark (18ct) and the platinum guarantee mark (PT).

This vintage 1940s dress ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.

Condition

This impressive vintage cluster ring is fine quality, set with a blue sapphire and eleven very well colour matched and high colour graded, old cut diamonds.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and in excellent condition.

The hallmarks to the interior of the shank show signs of wear in keeping with age, but remain legible.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of vintage jewellery/estate jewelry.
