0.65ct Diamond and 18ct Yellow Gold Dancer Brooch - Vintage Circa 1950

This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum settings.

The brooch has been modelled in the form of a Georgian female dancer.

The arms, bodice, face, and hair of the dancer are crafted in smooth 18ct yellow gold, with 18ct rose gold accents.

The dancer is wearing a platinum set bow headpiece which incorporates a trailing feather design ornamented with collet set eight-cut diamonds.

The upper portion of the figure's platinum set 18ct gold skirt is ornamented with collet set, eight-cut diamonds.

The central portion of the rose gold, platinum set skirt is ornamented with seven collet set, eight-cut diamonds.

Beneath the second ruffle is a collet set eight-cut diamond.

The lower alternating ruffles are embellished with yellow gold and platinum set trefoil shaped swirling loop designs.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and push tube clasp.

The ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 ct gold.

This vintage 1950's gold brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
