Description

This fine and impressive antique diamond dress ring has been crafted in 15 ct yellow gold with  silver settings.

The ornate, pierced decorated frame displays a central collet set Dutch cut diamond.

The feature spherical collet setting is accented with a subtle groove decoration and a fluted design to the 15ct yellow gold underside.

The central arrangement is flanked on either side by six individually collet set Dutch cut diamonds.

The trifurcating ring shoulders amalgamate at the junction with the ring shank which is accented with a double cuff design.

The 15 ct yellow gold outer strands of the should arrangement are accented with a scroll design and the silver set, ribbed central strand supports the main setting.

This impressive antique 1820's ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 ct gold and silver.

The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Condition

This original early 1800's antique ring is fine quality set with very well colour matched old cut diamonds.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and silver and is in excellent condition, with natural wear to the collet settings in keeping with age.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique jewellery/estate jewelry.
