Description

This fine and impressive step cut emerald ring has been crafted in 14 ct white gold.

The pierced decorated, multi-layered design is ornamented with a feature 1.24 ct step cut emerald, claw set in relief to the centre.

The emerald is encircled by ten individually four claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The arrangement is framed by a second layer of ten individually four claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The central strand of the pierced decorated, trifurcated ring shoulders integrates with the main setting, and blends seamlessly with the plain ring shank.

This impressive vintage 1950s cocktail ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14 ct gold.

The step cut emerald ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
