Description

This impressive Victorian gold ruby ring has been crafted in 14 ct yellow gold with a silver setting.

The low profile, pierced decorated frame displays a feature central, circular design in subtle relief ornamented with seven Old European cut diamonds.

Ten French cut natural rubies inset to the anterior face surround the central diamonds, bordered by a further sixteen Old European cut diamonds collet set to the scalloped edged frame.

The ring's shoulders trifurcate at the junction with the setting; the central, shaped, elevated strand rises to meet the setting.

The shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain 14ct hallmarked yellow gold ring shank.

The interior of the ring shank is clearly hallmarked with the 14 ct gold mark (585).

This antique cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card..

This fine and impressive Victorian gold ruby ring has had its setting independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as silver.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
