This impressive vintage 1970s vintage emerald ring has been crafted in 18ct white gold.
The ring displays a 1.48 carat step cut natural emerald held in relief to the centre of the abstract design.
The multi-layered frame is embellished with twelve individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds and six individually claw set baguette cut diamonds.
All the diamonds are well colour matched.
The tapering, elevated shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked 18 ct white gold ring shank.
This impressive abstract ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
