This stunning, fine and impressive Art Deco brooch has been crafted in platinum.
The iconic Art Deco style navette-shaped frame is ornamented with a feature collet set 0.46ct Old European round cut diamond, emanating from a curvilinear formation embellished with eighteen diamonds in a combination of Old European and eight cuts.
The opposing surface of the frame features an enveloping flourish design ornamented with seven diamonds, in addition to a second collet set diamond emanating into the centre of the design.
The inner corners of the brooch are embellished with ten mixed cut onyx, set in a chevron formation, totalling 0.36ct.
The outer frame of this iconic Art Deco design is ornamented with forty-four pavé set diamonds, graduating in size depending on location.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged double pin and clasp.
This antique 1920s brooch with onyx and diamonds has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.
The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate, in addition to a diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
