This magnificent antique 1930s Art Deco brooch has been crafted in platinum.

The geometric shaped setting has a layered semi-circular form, accented with linear sunburst style decoration to one side and large ribbon loops to either end.

The Art Deco diamond double clip brooch is ornamented with two stunning feature claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, offset to the centre of a semi-circular design.

The large geometric setting is embellished with thirty impressive baguette cut diamonds to the linear sunburst arrangement, in addition to one hundred and twelve pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds completing the design.

This impressive offset Art Deco design may be unclipped and separated into two individual clip brooches via a pierced decorated removable frame to the reverse.

The brooch as a whole secures with a hinged pin fastening to the reverse of the removable frame, when separated the brooches secure with a hinged clip fastening.

This antique Art Deco duette brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.

The brooch is supplied with two independent diamond grading report certificates for the feature stones, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.

This magnificent platinum double clip brooch with diamonds is the finest of its type you could hope to acquire.

NOTE: The duette (or double clip) style brooch increased in popularity in the first half of the twentieth century; they flourished during the Art Deco and Art Nouveau movements due to the use of symmetry of organic designs. Due to their versatility they can be simply worn as an eye-catching single brooch, whereas the two matching brooches could be utilised as collar clips, hat clips, shoes clips, and hair clips.
