Description

This exceptional, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.

The Victorian brooch has been crafted in two-toned gold in the form of heart with two large foliate stems protruding from either side.

The surface of each leaf is embellished with engraved decoration.

The reverse of the brooch features an inset push fit panel, which allows a personal memento or keepsake to be displayed; the original hair may easily be removed and replaced if desired.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.

The stunning piece of Victorian jewellery is hallmarked to the reverse of the setting with the 15ct gold fineness mark (15C^T).
