Description

This exceptional, fine and impressive antique watch chain has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.

The Albert chain is composed of oval links, each individually struck with the gold guarantee mark (crown) and 18ct gold fineness mark (18).

A hallmarked T-bar suspends from a rounded jump ring.

The T-bar is hallmarked with worn maker's mark 'P&B', the gold guarantee mark (crown) and 18ct gold fineness mark (18).

The rounded jump ring is struck with the maker's mark.

Three of the oval links that are dispersed throughout the chain are struck with the maker's mark (P&B), and one link is hallmarked with the Chester city-arms and the date letter for 1891 (H).

The Victorian chain is fitted to one end with a swivel clasp, hallmarked with the gold guarantee mark and fineness marks (crown 18).

The Albert chain is fitted to the opposite end with a rounded ring loop.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
