This exceptional, fine and impressive antique watch chain has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.

The Albert chain is composed of oval curb links, each individually struck with the gold guarantee mark (crown) and 18ct gold fineness mark (18).

A hallmarked T-bar suspends from a rounded jump ring.

The T-bar is hallmarked with the maker's mark 'WMW', the gold guarantee mark (crown) and 18ct gold fineness mark (18).

The rounded jump ring is struck with the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor) and the date letter for 1913 (O).

The chain is fitted to one end with a swivel clasp, hallmarked with the gold guarantee mark and fineness marks (crown 18).

The Albert chain is fitted to the opposite end with a spring ring clasp.
