This stunning, fine and impressive antique Edwardian watch has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold.

The watch has a square dial with Arabic numerals displayed within a period marked border as the chapter ring.

This manual wind watch is fitted with shaped blued steel hands and a plain crown/winder*.

The millegrain decorated, frame of the watch features a central circular window and ornamented with an impressive cabochon cut opal to each corner; each opal is flanked with an Old European cut diamond.

The shaped scrolling, fleur-de-lis decorated lugs of this 1900's watch are embellished with a further ten cabochon cut opals, accented with four individually collet set Old European cut diamonds, in addition to twenty-four Old European diamonds to the scrolling intersections, which complete the design.

The expandable bracelet of this ladies watch is composed of spring-loaded linear links, securing with an integrated push fit clasp and benefiting from the additional security of a hinged safety clasp.

This antique watch is fitted to the original and impressive brown leatherette presentation box with a cream satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a push fit catch.

The satin interior of the presentation case bears the retailer's mark 'Goldsmith & Jeweller, M. Philcox, 108 Norwood RD, London.S.E'.

This antique Edwardian opal watch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.

This stunning watch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

NOTE:* This manual watch has a dual function crown. This can be used to wind the watch in the traditional manner and facilitates the time to be altered by pressing the secondary small button to the nadir (as seen in the fourth image).
