Description


This fine and impressive Turquoise vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.


The floriated design is ornamented with twenty-six individually four claw set cabochon cut turquoises, totalling 26.22ct.


The central arrangement is embellished with eight individually four claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, which form a floral cluster design.


The outer edges of the floral design are further ornamented with three leaf clusters which are decorated with pavé set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.


The vintage turquoise and diamond brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the trademark (JG JLRY LL).*


The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.


The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.


*NOTE:

JG JLRY is a trademark by Jack Gutschneider Jewelry Co, who were based in New York.

Jack Gutschneider sold modernist jewellery to high end jewellery stores in the 1950's and 1960's.

The jewellery crafted by Jack Gutschneider can certainly be classed as sought after and collectable, making this vintage turquoise and diamond brooch a fine and impressive addition to any collection.

This impressive brooch is fine quality, set with fine and impressive turquoise and very well colour matched, very high colour graded old cut diamonds, displaying a fine white colour and brilliance
