Description

This fine and impressive Victorian ladies watch chain has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold.

The watch chain, or 'Albertina', is ornamented with a three dimensional elliptical bead, accented with an applied floriated decoration.

Two pairs of fancy link chains suspend from the central bead via a rhomboid shaped link, embellished with an engraved floral design.

The chains are fitted to either end with a spring loaded bolt ring fastening and a swivel clasp.

The swivel clasp is hallmarked with the mark for 9 ct gold (9C).

The spring loaded bolt ring suspends from a jump ring, from which a chain and five-tailed tassel articulates.

The five fox-tail chain and ball tassels are attached to an applied decorated bead design.
