Bloodstone and 14ct Yellow Gold Signet Ring - Antique Circa 1930

This fine and impressive antique signet ring has been crafted in 14ct yellow gold.

The substantial ring shank is ornamented with a feature cut cornered rectangular reverse intaglio bloodstone panel.

The hardstone panel depicts a shield shaped escutcheon displaying a griffin couchant guardant, in chief three six pointed stars and three griffin's head, surmounted with a count's coronet.

The surrounding setting and shoulders are embellished with a fine chased engraved decoration, melding with the plain ring shank.

The gent's signet ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 14ct gold fineness mark (585).

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
